Our bacon and sausages are from rare breed Saddleback Cross pigs, raised for their deep flavour, on the hills above Kendal. Their additives-free and welfare friendly.
Our black pudding recipe is the creation of a top London chef, hand made by Cornvale Fine Foods in Kirby Lonsdale. If you like your black pudding - you’ll love this.
Our daily bread comes from nationally renowned artisan bakery ‘More!’ in nearby Staveley.
All sauces and preserves come from the award winning Hawkshead Relish Company. Their strawberry and black pepper jam reaches parts no other jams can reach!
