Three night
minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends and during the high season.
Sorry, we are unable to take advance bookings for one night only on Saturdays during busy periods.
TERMS AND CODITIONS OF BOOKING
(please make yourself aware as these form the contract at time of booking)
1.On booking, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay will be required to confirm your reservation (Please note that on credit card payments a 3% charge is added **no charge for debit cards).
2.There will be no refund for cancellations or changes to your booking when less than sevens days notice is given (Please note that on card payments a £10 charge will be deducted from any refunds for administration).
3.If you fail to take up the booking without prior notice you will be liable for full the cost of the stay. (We recommend that Holiday Insurance be taken).
